Michael O'Neil

Michael O'Neil is the President of Tieback Siteworks Inc., bringing over 25 years of industry experience to his leadership role. Renowned for his visionary approach and unwavering commitment to quality, Michael has been instrumental in driving the robust growth and innovative spirit of Tieback Siteworks Inc., establishing the company as a leader in the deep foundation industry.
 
Prior to his current role, Michael held various positions in the oil and gas and drilling sectors, where he developed a deep understanding of complex project management and strategic operations. This extensive background has equipped him with a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, enabling him to oversee large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.

Vanlee Nguyen

Vanlee Nguyen is a seasoned professional with over 15 years in the shotcrete shoring industry, serving as the General Superintendent where he plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. With extensive on-site experience in shotcrete shoring and concrete applications, Vanlee is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to coordinate teams toward successful project execution.
 
Throughout his career, Vanlee has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and effective problem-solving. His hands-on approach and proactive mindset ensures that projects are executed safely and efficiently, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges unique to complex shotcrete shoring projects.
In his role as General Superintendent, Vanlee Nguyen is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where safety and innovation are paramount.
