Kensington Gate by Quadra Homes

In August 2023, Tieback Siteworks provided shotcrete shoring services for Kensington Gate, a new residential development by Quadra Homes located at 20958 83 Avenue in Langley Township, BC.

This community comprises 91 units, including one- and two-bedroom condos and townhomes, with sizes ranging from 574 to 652 square feet. Our shotcrete shoring work ensured the stability and safety of the excavation process, laying a solid foundation for this development.

Kensington Gate is strategically situated in the Yorkson neighbourhood, offering residents convenient access to amenities such as parks, schools, restaurants, and the Langley Events Centre. The development is a four-minute drive from Carvolth Exchange, providing easy transportation options. With features like air conditioning, pre-wired parking for electric vehicles, and storage units, Kensington Gate is designed for modern living.
